What if I ordered a custom item and messed up?
Unfortunately, we cannot take back custom orders that have been processed or shipped, we urge you to double-triple check orders before finalizing the order. If there is a misspell or issue with the spelling before production, please contact us via email: sales@freshdripdesigns.com or text us at 702-291-8224.
What if my package was lost or stolen?
Packages that are lost or stolen cannot be refunded. We do have tracking with all orders so you know when to receive your package and what day!
